Representative Laura Williams had an amendment to require qualified employees be residents of Kansas. (Attachment 1).
Representative Laura Williams moved to amend HB2544, seconded by Representative Penn. The motion passed.
Representative Laura Williams moved to pass HB2544 as amended, seconded by Representative Borjon. The motion passed.
