Representative Williams moved, Representative Schreiber seconded, to recommend HB2061 favorably for passage.

Representative Williams proposed an amendment on behalf of Charter Communications.  (Attachment 11)

Representative Williams moved, Representative Goddard seconded, to adopt the amendment to HB2061. The motion passed.

Representative Williams moved, Representative Goddard seconded, to recommend HB2061 as amended favorably for passage. The motion passed. 

Representative Carmichael requested that his affirmative vote be recorded.
