Mike Heim gave a briefing (Attachment 1)on SCR1602 which regarded encouraging the governor to fully cooperate with federal enforcement of immigration laws.

Beto Martinez gave testimony (Attachment 2) in opposition to SCR1602 regarding the economic to profits for this state by immigrants.

Sister Therese Bangert gave testimony (Attachment 3) in opposition to SCR1602 regarding deportation of illegal immigrants who have committed crimes.

The Chairman reminded the committee that there is Written Only testimony to review.
