Murl Reidel, Kansas Highway Patrol, gave proponent testimony to the committee in support of HB2261 providing highway patrol officers majors to be identified as unclassified service as noted under the Kansas Civil Service Act.(Attachment 5)

Written only testimony was provided to the committee by Kraig Knowlton of the Kansas Department of Administration. (Attachment 6)
