Jill Wolters, First Assistant Revisor, provided a bill brief and answered committee member's questions (Attachment 7)

Jim Genandt provided proponent testimony on HB2195. Genandt stated that this fund will provide investment capital for technical colleges which do not have local taxing authority like other higher learning programs. He views this fund as an investment that will stay in the state. Genandt answered committee member's questions. (Attachment 8)
