Carly Choi, Revisor of Statutes,  explained the bill (Attachment 4).  She explained that the bill would add a citation to the federal register to the definition of veteran and disable veteran.

Chairman Thompson asked if anyone else would like to speak to the bill.  Mike Kelly, Military Officers Association of America, spoke in favor of the bill.
