Carly Choi, Revisor of Statutes, (Attachment 5) gave an overview of the bill.  She explained that the bill removes the active requirement from military service members for occupational licensure.

Keith Marshall, Lt. Col., (Attachment 6) testified as a proponent to the bill.  He explained that this bill would provide clarification to include National Guard and Reserve members.

Larry Karns, Executive Director of the Board of Technical Professions, (Attachment 7) testified as neutral to the bill.  He fills the bill is overly broad in waving license fees for military spouses.
