Chairperson Dietrich brought SB 42 before the Committee to be worked. Revisor Eileen Ma gave an overview and stood for questions. She provided a technical amendment regarding the name of the act. (Attachment 3)

     Senator Francisco moved to accept the amendment. Senator Gossage seconded. Motion passed.

     Senator Fagg moved to favorably pass SB 42 as amended out of Committee. Senator Rose seconded. Motion passed.
