Representative Pishny requested an amendment. Chairwoman Estes recognized Jason Long, Senior Assistant Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, who explained the amendment. (Attachment 2).

Representative Pishny moved, seconded by Representative Huebert to amend the interest rate to SB50. Motion carried.

Representative McNorton requested an amendment. Chairwoman Estes recognized Jason Long, Senior Assistant Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, who explained the amendment. (Attachment 3).

Representative McNorton moved, seconded by Representative Pishny to amend the accrual date once interest begins to accrue on a repayment obligation to SB50. Motion failed.

Representative Huebert moved, seconded by Representative Pishny to pass SB50 out as amended. Motion carried.
