Chairwoman Estes opened discussion and action on SB45. Chairwoman explained there was a awkward  paragraph to read and requested a balloon amendment. Chairwoman Estes recognized Jason Long, Senior Assistant Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes to explain the amendment. (Attachment 1).

Representative McNorton moved, seconded by Representative Pishney to accept the amendment to SB45 as presented. Motion carried.

Representative Huebert moved, seconded by Representative Brantly to move SB45 favorably as amended. Motion carried.
