Representative Gardner moved, seconded by Representative Moser, to pass out favorably HB2012.

Representative Gardner moved, seconded by Representative Roth, to amend HB2012 with Substitute for HB2012. (Attachment 5)

Discussion ensued.

Motion passed.

Representative Gardner moved, seconded by Representative Neelly, to pass out favorably Substitute for HB2012 with leeway given for Revisor Hamilton to make technical changes.  Motion passed.
