Chairperson Bowers opened final action on SB194. 

Chairperson Bowers distributed an amendment and asked Charles Reimer, staff revisor, to explain the amendment. (Attachment 1)  Mr. Reimer addressed questions from the Committee.

Senator Bowser moved, Senator Clifford seconded, to adopt the balloon amendment.  Motion carried.

Senator Bowser moved, Senator Faust-Goudeau seconded, to recommend SB194 as amended favorably for passage.  Motion carried.
