Chairperson Dietrich requested the will of the Committee regarding HB2045. Senator Gossage offered an amendment to the bill to change publication from the statute book to the Kansas register. (Attachment 9)

     Senator Gossage moved that the amendment be adopted. Senator Fagg seconded. Motion passed.

     Senator Gossage moved that HB2045 be passed favorably out of Committee as amended. Senator Argabright seconded. Motion passed.
