Mike Heim, Office of the Revisor of Statutes gave a briefing (Attachment 11) of HB2379. The amendment to this bill would allow the Kansas bureau of investigation to establish a Kansas voluntary do-not-sell firearms list to any person who voluntarily registers to be placed on the list.
