Chairwoman Estes requested the committee to reconsider an amendment to SB114 adopted by the committee on March 6, 2015.

Representative McNorton moved, seconded by Representative Pishny to reconsider SB114. Motion carried.

Chairwoman Estes moved to remove the amendments to SB114, seconded by Representative McNorton. Motion carried.

Representative McNorton moved, seconded by Representative Hill to pass SB114 favorably as amended. Motion carried.
