The Chair opened the hearing on HB2107.

Senator Petersen offered an amendment (Attachment 1) and stood for questions.  Senator Petersen made a motion to accept the amendment as presented, seconded by Senator Peck.  The motion carried.

Senator Francisco offered an amendment (Attachment 2) and stood for questions.  Senator Francisco made a motion to accept the amendment as presented, seconded by Senator Clifford.  The motion carried.

Senator Peck offered an amendment (Attachment 3) and stood for questions.  Senator Peck moved an amendment . Motion was not seconded.

Senator Bowser made a motion to pass HB2107 out of committee as amended, seconded by Senator Francisco.  The motion carried.
