HB2128 was brought forward by Chairperson Dietrich to seek the will of the Committee. Revisor Eileen Ma gave a brief summary of the bill. An amendment was requested by the Department of Insurance that would exempt certain entities from regulation by the State as health benefit plans. (Attachment 2)
