Senator Titus made a conceptual motion to amend his previous amendment on page 2 balloon item 8 to change from 5 to 6 members and on page 1 line 8 change 12 members to 13 members. (Attachment 2)

Senator Titus moved the bill to amend as presented. Seconded by Senator Fagg. Motion carried.

Senator Titus moved favorably to pass the bill as amended and rename it Senate Substitute for House Bill 2172, seconded by Senator Shane. Motion caried.
