Jill Wolters answered questions from committee members on the confidentiality agreement for the fiscal integrity auditor position.

Chairperson Waymaster informed committee the number of positions would be two based on the fiscal note.

Proponent in-person testimony was provided by Representative Kristey S. Williams, 77th District. (Attachment 2)

The Committee had a robust discussion on state agencies being accountable for expenditures in alignment with legislative intent, access to reports, budget chairs' request for information remaining unfilled or untimely, and other topics.
