The Chair opened the discussion on HB2220.

Chris Waggoner gave a briefing on HB2220 which was first heard by the committee on Feb. 13, 2025. Discussion from the committee was brought with clarification from the Chair on the residential district speed limits of this  bill.(Attachment 1) 

The Chair asked for clarification and a possible amendment on this bill that would identify the adjusted speed limit within residential districts.

The Chair closed the discussion on HB2220.
