Senator Shane spoke in favor of SB364. (Attachment 2) This bill will remove the sunset provision making the discounted lifetime hunting and fishing license for children a permanent program, also the bill creates a discounted senior combination hunting and fishing license.

Representative Corbet spoke in favor of the bill. (Attachment 3) This bill will offer a senior lifetime combination license for seniors 65 years and older for about $40. The Kansas kid lifetime combination hunting and fishing licenses. Five years and younger not to exceed $300 and ages 6-15 the license shall not exceed $400.
