Tyler Winegarner, private citizen, stood in support of the bill. Representing himself, he is a correctional officer at Ellsworth Correctional Facility. He gave examples of experiences of working in Ellsworth Correctional Facility. Data was presented from other states and success of their peer support programs.He emphasized peer support programs save money and retain correctional officers. (Attachment 2) 

Mr. Winegarner, private citizen stood for questions and discussion followed.
