Senator Francisco moved to amend her amendment to move "beginning in school year 2028-2029".  Seconded by Senator Miller. Motion passed.

Senator Bowser  moved to amend the bill.  (Attachment 12) Seconded by Senator Alley. Motion to amend passed.

Senator Francisco made a conceptual motion to amend the bill by adding the letters F, D & C before each of the colored additives . Seconded by Senator Miller. Motion passed.

Senator Titus moved to pass SB390 as amended favorably. Seconded by Senator Francisco. Motion carried.
