Chairperson Waymaster moved, Vice Chairperson Williams seconded, to amend the bill to have two fiscal integrity auditors, one for the House and one for the Senate using the original fiscal note. Motion carried. (Attachment 3)

Vice Chairperson Williams moved, Representative Wasinger seconded, to pass out Substitute to HB2427. Motion carried.
