Natalie Scott, Revisor's Office, provided and overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 1)

John Resman, Representative, 121st District provided testimony in support of the bill.  He stated that passing this bill will give victims of domestic violence a warning that the person, their abuser, is near their location and give victims that opportunity and time to further protect themselves by leaving the area.  This could be just another tool that might save a life.  (Attachment 2)

Conferee stood for questions and further discussion.
