Mika Rezac gave proponent oral testimony supporting the Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever specialty license plates as the bill would support wildlife conservation while focusing on the habitat and educating the next generation of hunters and conservationists while increasing public awareness of the work taking place across the state of Kansas.(Attachment 2)
