Revisor Heim gave a briefing (Attachment 20) on the bill. The bill was concerning courts; relating to the supreme court nominating commission; requiring certain records of the commission to be released under the open records act; amending K.S.A. 20-123 and repealing the existing section.

Chair Kessler closed the hearing on SB299.

Representative L. Ruiz moved, Representative  Ward seconded to approve the minutes for February 4, February 5, February 10, February 11, and February 12. Motion carried.
