J.V. Johnston provided the committee with virtual proponent testimony to SB367 which would advocate for cities like Wichita  to determine whether their residents can operate golf carts on sidewalks.(Attachment 6)

Wendi Stark provided written only proponent testimony to the bill.(Attachment 7)
