Chair Tarwater moved to remove the contents of SB229 and insert the contents of HB2764 as amended into SB229, Vice Chair Ward seconded the motion, motion passed.

Vice Chair Ward moved to approve SB229 as amended, Representative Sutton seconded, motion passed.
