Kathleen Smith, Kansas Department of Revenue, stated the Division of Budget does not prepare fiscal notes on concurrent resolutions; therefore, there is not an official fiscal note for SCR1616.  The Kansas Department of Revenue did estimate there would be a negative impact to the State School District Finance fund of $218.6 million in FY2028, $244.2 million in FY2029, and $271.6 million in FY2030.
