Eric Schuller, President, Alliance for Responsible Consumer Legal Funding, testified that this bill establishes comprehensive consumer protections, imposes meaningful and enforceable prohibitions, and preserves access to a lawful financial option relied upon by injured Kansans while their legal claims are pending. He pointed out a request for an amendment would make corrections to a simple typo made in the drafting of the bill.  (Attachment 10)
