Kristen Czugala, Victim Services Division Chief, Office of the Attorney General, provided testimony in support of the bill.  She stated expanding the Crime Victims Compensation Board confidentiality exceptions in a limited manner to facilitate fraud investigations, will help ensure that program funds are used solely for legitimate expenses and may serve as a deterrent to future attempts to defraud the program.  (Attachment 6)
