Chairperson Gossage introduced Erik Hatten who spoke in favor of the bill. (Attachment2) He testified that emergency medical kits would be in tightly controlled areas that are consistent with existing Kansas emergency medication kit regulations. He urged the committee to support the bill. Mr. Hatten stood for questions from the committee.
