The Chair opened the meeting for final action on SB325.

Chris Waggoner gave an overview of the bill that restricts the use of material objects covering license plates for motor vehicles.

Representative Hoye explained an amendment to the bill  regarding an educational warning should one get pulled over so that anyone violating the provision in the bill can have time to make the adjustment.(Attachment 1)

Representative Hoye motioned, seconded by Representative Helgerson, to approve the amendment. Motion carries. 

Representative Essex motioned, seconded by Representative VanHouden, to pass SB325 favorably as amended.   Motion carries.
