The Chair opened final action on SB403.

Chris Waggoner brought to the committee a brief on the bill that recognizes the distinctive license plate of pheasants and quail forever.  

Representative Delperdang motioned, seconded by Representative Hoheisel, to approve an amendment to  add Delta Waterfowl to the "Pheasants and quail forever" name on the license plates.  Motion carried.     (Attachment 2)

Representative Essex motioned, seconded by Representative Helgerson, to pass SB403 favorably as amended.   Motion carried.
