Vice Chair Schmoe opened the final action on SB364. 

Mike Heim, Office of Revisor of Statutes, gave a briefing on the bill.  Requiring the department of wildlife and parks to offer a discounted resident senior combination hunting and fishing license to residents of Kansas who are 65 years of age or older and increasing the maximum age to qualify for the Kansas kids lifetime combination hunting and fishing license and decreasing the maximum fee and removing the expiration of such license.

Representative Kessler moved, seconded by Representative Willcott to pass SB364 favorably. Motion carried.

An amendment (Attachment 6) was presented by Representative Corbet . Representative Corbet explained the amendment. 

Representative Corbet moved, Representative Ward seconded to pass the amendment. Motion carried.

Representative Kessler moved, seconded by Representative Schwertfeger to pass SB364 as amended. Motion carried.
