Senator Tory Marie Blew testified in support of the bill. (Attachment 2) This bill provides a straightforward solution by allowing the sale of antique slot machines that are more than 50 years old. This change would bring the law in line with common practices in the antiques market while still maintaining appropriate limits. I support SB376 and respectfully ask the committee for its favorable consideration.
