Senator Blew requested the revisor distribute and explain a balloon amendment.  (Attachment 9)

Senator Blew moved, Senator Clifford seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment.  Motion carried.

Senator Blew requested the revisor distribute and explain a technical balloon amendment.  (Attachment 10)

Senator Blew moved, Senator Bowser seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment.  Motion carried.  

Senator Blew moved, Senator Clifford seconded, to recommend HB2737 as amended, favorably for passage giving the revisor leeway to make technical changes.  Motion carried.
