Chairperson Deitrich brought SB 28 before the Committee to be worked. Revisor Eileen Ma reviewed the bill for the Committee. The Chairperson requested the will of the Committee. Revisor Eileen Ma offered a technical amendment to the bill. (Attachment 2) The Committee discussed.
Senator Gossage moved that the amendment for SB 28 be accepted. Senator Francisco seconded. Motion carried.
Senator Gossage moved that SB 28 be passed favorably out of the Committee as amended. Senator Kloos seconded. Motion carried.
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4th at 9:30 a.m. Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
