Lt. Colonel Keith Marshall, Kansas Adjutant General's Department, testified in support of the legislation. He stated, as other compact legislation, the bill offers military spouses the ability to obtain professional licensure in Kansas, if they are licensed in another state. (Attachment 2)
William Wilk, Kansas Chamber, testified in support of the bill. He stated the bill streamlines professional licensure in Kansas for military spouses. (Attachment 3)
