Natalie Scott, Revisor's Office, provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 6)
Lt. Colonel Michael J. Raming, Staff Judge Advocate, 22nd Air Refueling Wing, McConnell AFB with Jonathan D. Sullivan, Chief of Civil Law, 22nd Air Refueling Wing, McConnell Air Force Base, provided testimony in support of the bill. They would like to see opening the ability for McConnell Air Force Base to work with the local community partners to ensure that the military community is as safe as possible. (Attachment 7)
Michelle Richart, Midwest Regional Liaison, United States Department of Defense-State Liaison Office, provided testimony in support of the bill. She stated they support the changes reflected in the bill, which support the Department's efforts to remove barriers to the appropriate investigation and adjudication of juvenile matters by civilian authorities. (Attachment 8)
Lt. Colonel, Keith Marshall, The Adjutant General's Department, submitted written testimony in support of the bill. (Attachment 9)
