Rachel Willis, Director of Legislative Affairs, Office of the Secretary, Kansas Department of Commerce, provides testimony in support of the bill. Implementing criminal history background checks is a necessary and responsible step to safeguard Kansas communities and other Commerce partners. (Attachment 46)
