Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on HB2476 and requested Revisor Kyle Hamilton, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give a brief of the bill. (Attachment 1)

Research Analyst, Walter Schmidt, Legislative Research Department, was asked by Chairperson Rahjes to provide the fiscal report.

Chairperson Rahjes recognized Randy Stookey, Sr. Vice President Government Affairs and General Counsel, Kansas Grain and Feed Association and Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association, to offer proponent testimony. (Attachment 2)
