The hearing on SB 331 was opened by Chairperson Dietrich. Revisor Eileen Ma provided an overview and stood for questions from the Committee. (Attachment 3)
Brock Roehler, General Counsel for the OSBC spoke on behalf of the bill. He explained that the bill repeals an obsolete statute which originally served to prevent payments made on Saturdays or holidays from being invalidated. (Attachment 4) He stood for questions from the Committee.
Seeing there were no other conferees offering opponent or neutral testimony, Chairperson Dietrich closed the hearing on SB 331.
