Chair Kessler opened the Final Action on HCR5022.
Mr. Heim, Office of the Revisor of Statutes briefed (Attachment1)the committee on the bill. The amendment has to do with setting term limits.
Representative Schmoe moved, Representative Sanders seconded to pass HCR5022 favorably for passage. Motion carried.
Representative Kessler moved, seconded by Representative McNorton to amend HCR5022 to cross out the two-thirds rule and replace it with majority rule. Motion carried.
Representative Mari-Lynn Poskins requested her no vote be recorded.
Representative Clarke Sanders and Representative Kevin Schwertfeger requested their yes votes be recorded
