Chairperson Rahjes opened the meeting to work HB2476 and called upon Revisor Kyle Hamilton, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give a review of the bill.
Representative Roeser was recognized by Chairperson Rahjes. Representative Roeser moved, seconded by Representative Blex, to amend HB2476. (Attachment 7)

Representative Featherston was recognized by Chairperson Rahjes. Representative Featherston moved, seconded by Representative Schlingensiepen, to amend HB2476. (Attachment 8)

Motion failed.
Representative Schlingensiepen was recognized by Chairperson Rahjes. Representative Schlingensiepen moved, seconded by Representative Featherston to table HB2476 to next year. Motion failed.
Additional discussion ensued.
Chairperson Rahjes recognized Representative Neelly. Representative Neelly moved, seconded by Representative Roeser, to move out favorably HB2476 as amended. Motion passed.
