Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on HB2547 and asked Revisor Kyle Hamilton, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give an overview of the bill. (Attachment 1)
Research analyst, Heather O'Hara, gave the fiscal report on the bill.
Chairperson Rahjes acknowledged Representative Shawn Chauncey, 65th District, Kansas House of Representatives, to present Proponent testimony on HB2547. (Attachment 2) Representative Chauncey stood for questions.
