Representative Estes moved, seconded by Representative Hubert to amend HB2530 by substituting with a new bill to be designated as "Substitute for HB2530 "AN ACT concerning education; relating to career readiness assessments; providing for the
transferability of credentials earned through such assessments toward a degree; amending K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 72-5179 and repealing the existing section."; Motion carried.
Representative Steele moved, seconded by Representative Pishney to pass substitute HB2530 as amended. Motion carried.
