Senator Clifford distributed an amendment dealing with credentialing of licensees. (Attachment1) Jenna Moyer explained the amendment to the committee.
Senator Clifford moved, Senator Thompson seconded to approve the amendment as submitted, Motion failed.
Chairperson Gossage asked for a division of the vote. There were 4 yeas and 6 nays.
Senator Erickson distributed an amendment dealing with quarterly data collection and annually reporting to Kansas State Board of Optometry. (Attachment2) Jenna Moyer explained the amendment to the committee.
Senator Erickson moved, Senator Clifford seconded to approve the amendment as presented. Motion passed.
