Updating income eligibility requirements for the state children's health insurance program.

Chairperson Gossage distributed an amendment that modified the definition concerning federal poverty guidelines. (Attachment25)

Chairperson Gossage moved, Senator Thomas seconded to pass the amendment as presented, Motion carried.

Chairperson Gossage moved the committee pass out SB271 as amended favorably, Senator Thomas seconded, Motion carried.
